CECAM/IRTG school 2019: Bio/Soft Matter Simulations across Multiple Scales
Location: Crowne Plaza Hotel, Heidelberg, Germany
Organisers
The school aims to provide the attendees with an extensive introduction to bio/soft matter simulation approaches to tackle problems from enzymatic reactions to cell and tissue dynamics and to bridge different length- and time-scales. The school will take place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Heidelberg, Germany from Sep 18 to 20 2019 and is co-organized by the integrated research training group of the Collaborative Research Center 146 "Multiscale Simulation Methods in Soft Matter Physics" (CRC146 https://trr146.de). The school is directed both to postdocs and PhD students of the CRC146 and to external attendees. Besides the lectures, attendees will also have the opportunity to showcase their research by means of a poster session and short oral contributions (subject to a selection). The expected number of attendees is 25.
